Debra Rush

Position: OFY Board Secretary and Treasurer

Work Experience:

Debbie is the Co-Founder and Manager of Finance at Options for Families and Youth for the past 21 years. She and her husband, Mike, have been married for over 39 years and have raised three daughters.

George Capellas

Position: OFY Board Past President

Work Experience:

George has been in the insurance field for over 28 years, most recently employed at State Farm Insurance as a member of their National Disaster Relief Team. He is a former Councilman of Ward 4 and Finance Committee Chairman for the City of Berea. George was also foreman on the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury. He and his wife, Connie, have been married for 32 years and have three daughters.

Kevin T Burns

Position: OFY Board Vice President

Work Experience:

Kevin is an Associate in the office of Tucker, Ellis and West LLP and has been employed there for over four years. He specializes in Business Transactions & Securities and Employee Benefits and Tax Services. He is a graduate of Ohio State University (B.A.); Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (J.D.); and Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M.). Kevin is single and lives in Independence, Ohio.

Kimberly Beckwith

Work Experience:

Kimberly is the Drirector of Product Management at SCHOOLONE, and organization providing IT & software services to K-12 educational poplulations. She also worked for 15 years in the banking industry. Kim is single and has one daughter.

Marie Lenarduzzi

Work Experience:

Marie is a CPA and a Senior Manager for the accounting firm of Skoda Minotti, where she has served for more than 10 years and is part of the Tax Planning and Preparation Group. She spends a significant part of her time working on tax issues with corporate, partnership, individual, and nonprofit clients. She also has experience with an international accounting firm. Marie is married and has a son and daughter.

Michael D Rush

Position: OFY Executive Director

Work Experience:

Mike is the Co-Founder and has been Executive Director of Options for Families and Youth for the past 21 years. He has over 39 years in the field of child welfare. He and his wife, Debbie, have been married for over 39 years and have raised three daughters.

Nancy Lowery Bregar

Work Experience:

Nancy was the Director of the Positive Education Program – Connections until her recent retirement in 2001 and has over 36 years of experience in the child welfare/mental health field. She and her husband, Mark, have been married for several years and have raised three children.

Ralph Mitchell

Work Experience:

Ralph is currently employed by the City of Broadview Heights in their Service Department. He and his wife, Arlene, are former foster/adoptive parents for OFY. They have been married for over 22 years and have three children.

Robert Gross

Work Experience:

Bob is Managing Member of Gross & Gross, LLC, a firm specializing in Labor and Employment Law. He is a past-president of the OFY Board and has been married to his wife, Gretchen, for 15 years and has three children.

Stephen Young

Position: OFY Board President

Work Experience:

Stephen is currently employed as the Manager of Investor Relations for JoAnn Stores. He has been in the field of corporate finance for over 15 years. He and his wife, Diane, have been married for over 22 years and have two daughters.
