OFY is a private, non-profit, social service agency committed to strengthening and developing pathways of change that promote the well-being of children and families.OFY offers foster care training and certification, adoption services, Help Me Grow services, early intervention, and help for teenage parents.Over the past 20 years, OFY has served over 2,700 children in their foster homes.Over the past 16 years, OFY has discharged 80 of their foster children to a parent, relative or an adoptive family.Since 1998, OFY has finalized the adoptions of more than 300 children with special needs.
